There are 123 cards in the deck, but in combination of these 2 decks you can get more than 3726 combinations, which allows you to expand the variability of interpretations and work with large groups.
The “Scenarios and Prohibitions” set is intended for:
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; psychologists, psychotherapists
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; coaches, trainers, teachers
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; people who are interested in psychology
The deck helps to deal with recurring situations, patterned behavior, and automatic reactions that every person has. And the basis for such phenomena is a life scenario, supported by parental prohibitions and instructions that a person acquires in early childhood and then they play a decisive role in people’s behavior patterns.
This deck is created according to the type of “ON” deck, which has large frame cards with phrases and illustrated pictures. This combination of cards makes it possible to combine two very important structural and fundamental components of the work: a person’s life scenario and parental prohibitions/instructions. Overlaying a picture with scenarios on a frame of prohibitions immediately gives a deeper understanding of those restrictive blocks and obstacles that interfere with a normal life. Also, with the help of this kit, it becomes possible to determine which particular scenario governs a person’s life to one degree or another and understand the root causes of many behavioral reactions.
The kit allows you to see in a short time the full depth and totality of many causes of ill-being.
What is a life script?
All people have a life script and reinforcing prohibitions.
The scenario is formed in early childhood, starting from the moment of human conception, not to say that it is possible and inbsp; previously. Moreover, there can be several scenarios in every area of life: health, love, sex, relationships, work, material well-being. Having accepted one of the scenarios as a “guide to action,” people begin to implement it literally at every step. It is not surprising that the environment is selected accordingly – after all, a person seems to attract into his life only those who provide them with “help” in the implementation of their “plans”.
nbsp;LIFE SCENARIOnbsp; is a rigid mental structure formed in childhood under the influence of social factors and the person’s environment, character traits and many other factors and subsequently began to play the role of a gradually realized life plan, which reflects the attitudes values, rules, patterns of behavior.
This set contains all known scenarios together, which can be divided into SIX groups:
1.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Basic or archetypalnbsp; scriptsnbsp; —nbsp;7 pcs. (which can manifest themselves equally in both men and women)
2.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Men’s scriptsnbsp; —nbsp;6 pcs.
3.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Women’s scriptsnbsp;—nbsp;11 pcs.nbsp;(by Khoja Wikoff)
4.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Scenariosnbsp;female lonelinessnbsp; —nbsp;5nbsp;pcs.
5.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Karmic scenariosnbsp; —nbsp;18 pcs.
6.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Family scenariosnbsp;nbsp;—21 pcs.
In total, there were 69 life scenario patterns, the most common. Of course, there may be much more of them, but here are the ones that I most often encountered in my clinical practice.nbsp;nbsp; The following is a brief description of all scenarios.
Karmic scenarios were synthesized from many years of practice of conducting immersions into past lives using hypnosis, namely regression therapy.
Family scenarios are taken from clinical practice in couples counseling.
What are “Parental Prohibitions and Instructions”?
A script is an automatic program of the psyche, and in order for it to begin to play out in life, there must be its own installation “driver” -nbsp; A prohibition or an Instruction that is “imposed” on a child in childhood, as a rule, by parents and/or significant people.
BANnbsp; – this is the driver that supports the program for executing the script, gives it vitality, which it acquires as it grows up, which is why it is so important to find not only the script, but also “drivers”.
There are 54 basic prohibitions and regulations in total, which are presented in this deck. However, in real life there can be much more variations.
It is the “Prohibitions and Instructions” deck, which complements the “Scenarios” deck and provides a unique opportunity to expand the information received about the scenario pattern into an understanding of the deep meaning of those very human problems. And all this together gives a person powerful keys to changing life for the better.nbsp;
For example, the “Woman Hater” scenario, combined with the “don’t say no” prohibition, gives a more accurate picture of understanding why a person became that way! Thus, there is an understanding that in order to stop living under the pressure of this scenario, you must first deal with the parental prohibition.
In the instructions you will find a description of all 69 scenario patterns!
Technique “Who is the main character?”
Technique using the deck “Scenarios and prohibitions”
Every person has a life scenario, and more than one. There is a central one and several minor ones, which have a tremendous impact on a person’s life and quality of life.
In order to identify such a scenario and understand why everything in life turns out this way, offer the client:
1. take the “Scenarios” card from the deck face down (VZ)
You need to briefly describe the characteristics of this scenario (first look at the myths of ancient Greece or the instructions, where there is a description).
Discuss: p>
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; How is this plot traced in his life? How often? In what situations?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; What hinders this scenario in life?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; What can’t a person do, accomplish, achieve when he has such a scenario?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; How long ago did he notice this? Or didn’t notice at all?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Are there similar stories in his life?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; how does this constitute a problem in his life regarding the request?
2. Each scenario is supported by a parental Prohibition or order:nbsp;Next, we suggest taking also the OT card – a frame with the Prohibition and placing a picture with the Scenario on top of the frame!
3. Now it makes sense to discuss :
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; How does Prohibition support the scenario?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; and how does it interfere with living?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; What’s critical about it?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; How does it respond at the level of feelings and emotions?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; What do you want to do with all this?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Do you understand what this is about?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Do you remember this ban from childhood? And how did your parents broadcast it to you? What did they do for this?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; how often have you violated it? Did they violate it at all?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; What means did your parents use to instill this prohibition in you?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; what do you think about it now?
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; what do you feel? And so on.
4.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Next, we make a list of specific steps to mitigate the Scenario. That is, we discuss together what we can start doing differently so that the script stops influencing life so much.
The essence of the work is for the client to become the main author of his life, and not to play out the children’s script pattern.nbsp; This is the simplest technique for working with this deck.
The deck is designed to work with life scenarios and parental prohibitions that every person has, and they play a leading determining role in people’s behavior patterns within the framework of transactional analysis. The deck can and should be used both in individual and group work. The deck is included in the package of the gamenbsp; “Blessed One”.
There is also an electronic format for this deck
