This deck is designed to work with the image of emotions and feelings. The subjects depicted in the pictures, as well as phrases with words of support will help you identify and show emotions.
Working with the cards will allow you to take an adult position, heal your inner child, and find support within yourself.
The deck is intended for the work of psychologists and those who engaged in self-knowledge.
With its help you can:
•nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;teach children to name their feelings and experience emotions in a playful way
•nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;learn to understand themselves more deeply
•nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;work with negative attitudes
•nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;realize your desires and needs
•nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;find internal resources
•nbsp ;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;work through childhood traumas
•nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;develop emotional intelligence.
Self-Approval Technique
This technique can be a useful antidote for those who have had the experience of living in a disapproving environment.
Will help you:
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;understand that it is normal to feel bad when bad things happen.
·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Show self-approval and nbsp;nbsp;compassion for yourself.
Choose the card that most matches your condition and which represents the little you.
Imagine a face and the voice of a compassionate and loving person, imagine that he/she is showing love and kindness and imagine how this kindness comforts and calms.
Take out 1-3 cards with words of encouragement. Write a letter to your little girl with words of love, support and encouragement.
From the author:
Hello my little girl!
I know for sure that in each of us lives that same little girl who knows how to dream, who knows what she feels, who does not hide and is not ashamed. She doesn’t yet have strict social boundaries and she’s just happy.
I really want this deck to help you learn to LIVE again, and, by and large, just remember and return to yourself. Return to yourself. After all, in childhood we know exactly how we want. Over time, we lose something, we remove something. And I really believe that this deck will help you go through all these points and put yourself back together, regain yourself.
I know how it works, because I have walked this path myself.
Let this tool help you, and I will always stay in touch.
With love and care for your feelings!
How this deck was born
In my practice, I work a lot with adult girls who have not completed separation. And very often these are adult women who do not know how to identify and express their emotions.
The most common homework that I give to my clients at the first consultation is to keep a diary of emotions.
Initially, the idea of the deck was as an image of emotions and feelings.
The prototype was my daughter, from whom I myself studied and am learning to express emotions.
When most of the cards were drawn, I realized that this is more than just about how to teach how to show emotions. This deck is for me: about returning to our little girl, about the fact that we just need to remember what we have forgotten.
Despite the fact that when creating the pictures, meanings and certain feelings and emotions were used, none of these cards have no fixed meanings.nbsp;nbsp; There is no “right” or “wrong” meaning in these cards. Focus on yourself and what you feel and let them help you with this.
