MAC “Happiness is” can be used by psychologists, psychotherapists, art therapists, coaches, presenters of transformational psychological games, specialists for working with metaphorical associative cards, specialists in the field of weight loss.
Cards can be used as an additional tool to understand the problem of excess weight gain, possible causes of overeating and “reluctance” to part with extra pounds.
This deck is important; nbsp;part of the psychological diagnostic game “Buffet”. However, it can also be used separately, solving issues of relationships with food and oneself.
The deck is effective in individual counseling and in group trainings.
Food is necessary in order to live and is seen as a source of energy. Another thing is obvious: food should be enjoyable. An aesthetically designed dish is not only pleasing to the eye!
Food is also a means of communication – business meetings or friendly get-togethers are often not complete without the consumption of food. And for some, food becomes a reward, an encouragement for success, a completed task, and for others, it becomes a filler of free time, an attempt to escape from laziness and idleness.
It becomes obvious how a person relates to himself through his relationship with food.
This is how an ineffective relationship with food is gradually built, which leads to overeating and excess weight gain.

What do you do when you eat? How do you feel?
What or who is food for you? What replaces your favorite dish?

1. What did he say? Would I be overweight if I could talk?

Technique “Needs through food”

Needs that are satisfied through food quite often remain unconscious. The technique will help you see exactly what needs are being satisfied and how they can be realized in other ways.
Take one card open to the question:
1. How do I feel in my body? What emotions arise when looking at the card?
Bnbsp;nbsp;closed, take out one card at a time for the following questions:
2. What need do I fulfill through food?
3. How can I satisfy this need?
4. How will I feel when my need is met in a different way?
5. What am I ready to start doing right now to get closer to the desired image?
