The collection of teaching materials contains basic concepts, diagrams, techniques and algorithms application of metaphorical associative cards:
• in the formation of various types of identity (personal, gender, sexual, professional, ethnic, family, etc.);
• in psychotherapy of identity crises;
• in the development and manifestation of Self, which K.G. Jung considered the link between the ego and the unconscious, a source of energy that gives impetus to the personality in the desire to “become yourself”; a measure of personal maturity.
The collection consists of a folder and 16 double-sided cards (A5 format, thick paper, matte lamination).
Each technique is placed on a separate card.
< strong>Technique cards contain:
• information about the purpose of the work and recommended sets of metaphorical cards,
• a detailed algorithm for using the technique,
• a diagram and sequence of card layout.
Some techniques additionally indicate at what stage of work it is more appropriate to use it, and some explain the psychological mechanisms for the formation of constructive behavior strategies.
The collection includes 15 effective proprietary techniques.
A brief summary is presented on a separate card information about approaches to the concept of “identity”, its types and characteristics of identity crises, as well as recommendations for the selection and use of metaphorical associative cards.
Working with each technique requires 35-45 minutes, i.e. one session involves the use of one card.
