The deck consists of 32 image cards, 8 cards for each matrix, 4 positive aspects and 4 negative. The deck also contains 48 phrase cards, which are designed to expand figurative perception by working with verbal forms – attitudes and messages that are formed in each period of a particular matrix.
This deck was created to help trainers and psychologists conducting the “Ancestral” training channel”, “Nursing” and other trainings on perinatal topics. Also, with this deck you can work on any topics related to transition, because childbirth is always about transition.
Symbolic births – transitions – happen to us all the time – we move, get a new job, create new projects, get married, etc. .d.

1. How I came into this world.
We pull out the sun from each matrix one card at a time, plus the sun each one phrase card for each matrix.
Opening. Let’s discuss.
– What do you think was in each matrix?
– How did this strengthen you?
– How did it weaken? Additionally, from any resource deck we pull out a resource card for each matrix – what do I now know about my resource? How has living through this period strengthened me?
2. Transition.
We recall and describe a situation where it is necessary to make a transition, reach a new level, change status, etc.
IN we take out a card from each matrix – pregnancy with an idea, a project, a period of adaptation, struggle, achievement, assignment of the result. We discuss all these stages.
BC we take out from each matrix the shadow aspect, that which is hidden from us. We integrate, connect obvious and hidden aspects. Let’s discuss.
