Transformational game “Genesis”

“Genesis” is a game that is designed to work with desires, motives, goals and achievable variants of the desired. In terms of its effect, one game is comparable to several days of full-fledged psychological training or 3-5 individual coaching consultations.

One of the main advantages of the game is that the game process helps the participant to clearly formulate his desire and create an image of the final result. And this is not easy at all, believe me! In the game there is a unique opportunity to ‘live’ your desire at different levels of mental organisation, which we cannot afford in real life.

‘Living’ the desire helps to structure and order the thoughts and feelings connected with it, to make a decision about the expediency of its fulfilment, to “revive” the desire, to fill it with energy and to start the process of realisation.

As a result of the game, participants will be able to:

• realise what is true in their desires and what is imposed from the outside, dictated by social expectations and parental directives;
• realise the true meaning of their desires and the motives associated with them;
• look from the outside at their habitual ways of achieving what they want (reaction to obstacles, readiness and ability to accept/help, etc.);
• understand which patterns of behaviour help to achieve the goal and which ones hinder it;
  get rid of harmful patterns of behaviour;
• find internal resources to realise the desire;
• make a detailed action plan and start the process of fulfilment of your desire.
