Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods, such as perishable items or custom-made products, are exempt from being returned.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info1@shercards.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship Your Item: Once your return is approved, securely package the item and send it to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info1@shercards.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at info1@shercards.com with the details of the item and the reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info1@shercards.com with details and images of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement or a full refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
