Terms of Use

1. General Ordering Conditions

1.1. These terms apply to all purchases made in the Online Store.

1.2. In addition to these terms, the relationship between Shercards OÜ (hereinafter “Shercards”) and the Customer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, the Shercards Privacy Policy, and any applicable pricing for products listed in the Online Store.

1.3. The terms of use, privacy policy, and product pricing are available on the Online Store’s website.

2. Ordering

2.1. Customers are not required to register an account to order products from the Online Store.

2.2. When placing an order, the Customer selects the desired product(s), quantity, payment method, and delivery option. Before confirming the order, the Customer can review and modify it. After final confirmation, the order is placed.

2.3. All product prices listed in the Online Store include VAT unless stated otherwise for business customers outside the European Union.

2.4. Delivery charges will be added to the total product price based on the selected delivery method.

2.5. The Customer can pay for their order using available payment methods, such as credit cards or bank links.

2.6. The sales contract between the Customer and Shercards is established when Shercards confirms the order via email.

2.7. The order is deemed valid once the product(s) are shipped to the Customer.

3. Delivery

3.1. Shercards will deliver the product(s) according to the delivery method selected by the Customer, including local delivery options and international shipping.

3.2. The delivery fee is shown to the Customer during the ordering process.

3.3. Delivery times:

3.3.1. Estimated delivery times within Estonia are listed in the Online Store. For international orders, delivery times depend on the destination.

3.3.2. Products with longer delivery times (e.g., 2-4 weeks) will be shipped together in a single parcel based on the longest indicated delivery time.

3.4. Free delivery options may be available based on order size and delivery method, as specified in the Online Store.

3.5. Shercards will provide detailed instructions for retrieving parcels from selected parcel terminals or retail locations.

3.6. International delivery:

3.6.1. Shercards offers delivery to countries outside Estonia. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

3.6.2. If Shercards is unable to deliver the order due to reasons attributable to the Customer, the order will be canceled, and the costs associated with returning the order will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Cancellation and Returns

4.1. Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product(s).

4.2. The right to cancel does not apply to business customers.

4.3. If returned products are used or damaged beyond the necessary examination for their nature and functioning, Shercards reserves the right to reduce the refund by an appropriate amount based on the depreciation of the product.

4.4. To cancel an order, the Customer must submit a written cancellation request via email or verbally by contacting Shercards customer service.

4.5. The Customer must return the product(s) without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from submitting the cancellation request.

4.6. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product(s) were received in error or defective.

4.7. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), Shercards will issue a refund, including any applicable delivery fees, within 14 days.

4.8. Digital products (such as e-books) are non-returnable.

5. Registration

5.1. Customers may choose to create an account with Shercards to access loyalty discounts and benefits.

5.2. Registration requires completing the necessary fields in the provided form.

5.3. Upon registration, the Customer will receive an email with instructions to activate their account.

5.4. After activating the account, Customers can log in and place orders more conveniently.

6. Customer Rights

6.1. The Customer has the right to purchase product(s) at the price and conditions listed on Shercards.com.

6.2. The product(s) delivered must be of the expected quality, complete, and match the order details.

6.3. If a product is faulty, the Customer may file a claim within two years from the date of receiving the product(s). Claims can be sent by email to info1@shercards.com.

6.4. The Customer can cancel the order as outlined in Section 4.

6.5. The Customer has the right to seek legal recourse if the products or services do not meet the agreed terms.

7. Customer Obligations

7.1. When placing an order, the Customer must provide accurate contact information, including full name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.

7.2. In case of inaccurate information, Shercards cannot guarantee timely delivery.

7.3. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Use.

8. Shercards Rights

8.1. Shercards reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use without prior notice by publishing the updated terms on the Online Store website.

8.2. Shercards can update the product pricing at any time by reflecting changes in the Online Store.

8.3. Shercards may cancel an order if there is a significant pricing error due to a technical mistake.

9. Shercards Obligations

9.1. Shercards is responsible for delivering complete, high-quality products.

9.2. Shercards will process customer claims and aim to resolve them within 7 business days.

9.3. In the event of faulty products, Shercards will replace or refund the Customer.

9.4. Any disputes between the parties will be resolved through negotiations or submitted to relevant authorities for further handling.
