It simulates an experience comparable to several days of psychological training or multiple coaching sessions. Players "live" their desires, exploring them on various mental levels, which helps structure thoughts and emotions around those desires. Through gameplay, participants identify genuine desires versus external influences, recognize helpful and harmful behavior patterns, and tap into internal resources.
