Card size 73*109mm
Cards allow you to explore external role patterns of behavior, as well as internal motives and states, forming attitudes towards work, colleagues and their professional identity. The deck of cards can be used both in individual and group work for male and female audiences. Metaphorical cards “Business Games” reveal the role repertoire, communicative competencies and habitual strategies of client behavior. The deck of cards will perfectly complement the business psychological game “Behind the Scenes of the Profession: You Can’t Stay”, aimed at preventing and overcoming emotional burnout syndrome.
The deck is intended for psychologists, HR specialists, coaches, business trainers when conducting consultations and diagnostics , conducting business and business games.
Universal questions for metaphorical cards:
< li>What would you like to change (add, remove) in this picture?
>
Psychotechnics No. 1. “Business environment”
Think about the professional area in which you would like to understand.
Pull 3 cards from the deck face down as answers to the questions:
Open each card in turn and look carefully at picture. What feelings and thoughts does it evoke in you? How is this image on the map related to your real life? What emotions can you “complete” for the little man? If little people could talk, what would they say? What conclusion can you draw from this?
Psychotechnics No. 2. “Transformative dialogue”
Remember a conflict or unpleasant situation involving you and your colleague/client. Pull three cards from the deck one by one, looking at the situation from three perspectives:
- “I myself.” How do you see this situation?
- “Different.” How does your colleague/client see this situation?
- “Observer.” How does this situation look from the point of view of a random witness.
If the little men “talked”, what would they say to each other?nbsp; How has your perception changed now?
Psychotechnics No. 3. “Workdays”
Pull 5-6 cards from the deck face down and examine each one. Spontaneously, using pictures, tell a story about the working life of a little man. Sample questions: What is happening at the moment? Who are these people? What are they thinking and feeling? What led to this situation and how will it end? How does the story told relate to what is happening in your professional life?
Psychotechnics No. 4. “Living through fear”
Determine your most pressing fear related to work (downsizing, salary reduction, dismissal due to an article, lack of clients, complaint). And openly find in the deck a card that, according to your feelings, depicts this fear and put it in the center. Face down, draw 4 cards from the deck (2 for each question) as answers to the questions: “What will help me adapt to these changes faster?” and “What are the possible solutions to the current situation?” and place them around the card – fear.
Psychotechnics No. 5. “Work is a joy”
Choose 4 cards face-up or face-down that reflect the difficulties in your professional field. Place these cards in the center. Face down, select the same number of cards that will become a resource for overcoming these difficulties and place them above the “difficulties” cards. Take turns answering the question: “What small step can I take in the near future to alleviate these difficulties?”
