Metaphorical cards “In the Stream of Abundance” are designed to work through negative experiences and limiting beliefs that block the Stream of Abundance, disturbing the balance in relation to Money, one’s own desires and capabilities.
The set consists of images that will help you dive into the depths of suppressed and traumatic experiences, after working through which, everyone gets the opportunity to change and transform blocking attitudes by connecting to the resources of the Flow of Abundance.
You can work with the deck as an individual, as well as in group counseling. It can also be used as an addition to transformation games. MACs “In the Stream of Abundance” can be used either separately or in combination with other decks from the “In the Stream” series. This kit can be used for self-diagnosis. For a deeper study, when the roots of the problem lie deep, it is better to use the help of a specialist.
For whom? For psychologists, psychotherapists of various directions, coaches, teachers, specialists in helping professions, for anyone interested in self-development and self-knowledge.
IAC “In the Stream of Abundance” can be used in:
- Working with experiences, crisis conditions associated with financial losses; a feeling of one’s own worthlessness, the inability to have a decent standard of living, with false beliefs about values and self-worth, with setting goals and objectives.
- Blocks of various levels in the monetary sphere;
- Research and getting rid of fears and phobias relating to the Flow of Abundance, Cash Flow;
- They will help to identify negative programs of life scenarios and patterns of behavior, to see and “turn on” resource states, transforming the generic programs of fear of money (it will be taken away, dispossessed, you will lose, etc. .).
Technique No. 1. “Me and the Image of Abundance.”
Goal: working with negative attitudes, traumatic experiences, searching for resources.
Do you want to explore a recurring situation? Understand the hidden reasons for “bad luck in money matters”? Think about an unpleasant recurring event from the past that you would like to work with. For example, the loss of a large sum or the collapse of hopes, the failure of a profitable deal. Choose a card that represents You, and 1-3 cards that reflect this traumatic situation.
Lay them out the way they should lie, your hand will feel it. Look at what is shown on the cards. How does this relate to your situation? How do you feel when you look at the image and talk about your experience? Which figure is the most significant in a recurring event? Where is the image of Abundance in relation to You? Whose figure is taller? How does the figure of Abundance feel towards You? How do you feel in relation to the figure of Abundance? Remember these feelings.
Imagine that Your figure is the main one. What will you do first? How do the other figures respond? Is your figure comfortable? How does this make Abundance feel? What needs to be done to make you feel comfortable next to the figure of Abundance? What needs to be done to make Abundance comfortable (interesting around You). You can write down specific steps and actions so that you can later make a plan to get out of a crisis situation. Or you can just leave everything at the level of feelings.
At the end of the exercise, it is recommended to draw OT 1-2 cards from the “In the Stream of Ancestral Scenarios” deck, from the part where totem animals are depicted. Ask which spirit animal has the resources you need? Ask the question: “How can a spirit animal support me in this experience? What resources of this animal will help overcome these traumatic experiences and transform negative experiences into a resourceful state? Carefully examine the animal, imagine that You ALREADY have the resources that it possesses. Allow yourself to change the situation the way you want. Good luck! You can replace working with a totem animal with any resource deck available.
Technique No. 2. “Working through internal limitations.”
Let’s work with the text part of the deck. Think about your desires, goals, projects that you want to bring to life. Create an intention to understand and deal with the limiting beliefs that prevent you from Creating, Achieving, Implementing.
Take out one OT card.
Look at which statement is on top. Answer the questions: • Why do you think you received this particular statement and specifically in connection with your request? • What is true and what is not true in this statement? • Is this always true? • In what situations might this be true and in what situations might it not be true? • Assess your attitude to this statement using the “hot-cold” principle. Does the statement “ignite” you or “freeze you out”? How long does it light up? How long does it freeze? • How does it limit your capabilities? What specific opportunities are limited/blocked for you? • How does it protect you? What does it protect against?
You can use the help of the “Thermometer” described in technique No. 3.
Technique No. 3 “Thermometer”.
The goal is to study bodily manifestations negative and positive experiences and receiving an emotional response at the body level.
The deck contains a card with an image of a thermometer, where the scale contains values from – 10 to + 10, where – 10 is the maximum negative reaction, and +10 is the maximum positive reaction, attitude, manifestation.
Close your eyes, place your finger on the thermometer shown on the card, move your finger along it. Feel how much this statement influences You, Your subconscious and Your behavior.
Answer the same questions regarding the second statement.
Compare both statements and answer the questions: • Which one? statements is true and which is false? Or are they both false? • Which statement would you like to believe, but are afraid of being deceived? Why? • What belief can you not give up? Why? • What is the contradiction between these statements? • How should the statement ideally sound: so that the restrictions go away and the protection remains? Find and write down the best option • What resource do you lack so that you can accept this new belief?
Write down all the conclusions and awareness that you received as a result of this exercise.
Write down 3 actions that you will do first to resolve your issue
Start implementing your decisions! We wish you good luck on this path! The deck “In the Stream of Ancestral Scenarios” – Your totem animal – will help you as internal resources. You can also use the drawing part of the “In the Stream of Feelings” deck.
In the instructions you will find more exercises and techniques for working with MAC in the Stream.
