Metaphorical associative cards “Moments of happiness”

Set of 70 picture cards.
The “Moments of Happiness” deck is a set of cards with illustrations of various happy events from a person’s life in four areas of life: physical, social-emotional, intellectual and spiritual. The authors selected and systematized 70 of the most common moments that people noted as especially joyful and significant in their lives: graduation from school, university, wedding, birth of a child, and much more.
The deck is necessary in a consultation at the MAK to form a positive mind of the client, his resources, gives strength to cope with difficulties.
Techniques:
Technique “7 joys of life”
The technique helps the client see the simple joys of life, cope with depression mood, to see the brightness of life.
1. From the resource deck “MOMENTS OF HAPPINESS” OT, take out 7 cards with answers to questions where I can take in my daily life like:
1) Pleasure for the eyes
2) Joy for the ear
3) Joy for the body
4) Joy for the intellect
5) Joy for action
6) Joy for interaction
7) Joy for the soul.
2. Opening each card in turn, discuss.
3. Make an action plan.
The “My Pleasures” Technique
The technique is suitable for helping clients in a joyless state, who have lost the taste for life, denying themselves simple needs.
1. Discuss with the client:
– What generally gives him pleasure, joy in life?
– When was the last time he did these things?
– What prevents him from carrying out such actions?
– What else can he do? for yourself, to get pleasure, joy from life?
– How environmentally friendly will it be for others?
– How will the life of the client and his environment change if he allows himself these pleasures?
2. OT suggest pulling out 3-5 cards with the answer to the question “What pleasures can I experience today?” Open one at a time, discuss.
3. Draw conclusions.
Moments of Happiness technique
The technique actualizes the need to invest in every area of life:
1. Draw a square, describe 4 areas of life.
2. Assess in percentage the state of the client’s physical, social-emotional, intellectual and spiritual spheres.
3. In that (those) areas where the percentage is the lowest, OT from the “Moments of Happiness” deck, pull out 1-2 cards, open them and discuss what contribution is necessary for harmony.
