Metaphorical cards “Amulets of your kind”

This deck was born in response to customers’ requests for a continuation of the first deck of metaphorical postcards, “Messages from your family.” The set contains 20 paintings and 20 text resource messages from the artist, art therapist Olga Zabalueva
The set of metaphorical postcards “Amulets of your kind” allows you to dive deeper into your state at the moment, realize your resources and capabilities, and understand what you want , improve relationships with your children and parents.
Each painting is created with soul and an open heart for women.

Techniques for working with the set:
1. “Woman resource.” This technique will allow you to realize your state now and understand what your soul wants with the help of messages from your family. After carefully looking at the pictures, choose the card that most responds to your question: what am I like now? Why did you choose this particular card? What does the story in the picture have in common with your life? What would you change in the picture? Ask your kindred, how can I make changes in my life? What do I need to do for this and where can I get resources for change? Draw another card face down. What do you see in the picture? How is it different from the first card? What emotions do you experience when looking at a map? Read the text message. What is the message for you? How can you use it in your life right now? Where do you start?

2. “The value of yourself.” This technique will allow you to understand your attitude towards yourself, your value in life with the help of your family. Draw 1 card for each question face down. How do I feel about myself? What does self-worth mean to me? What helps me feel valued? What is the first step towards feeling self-worth? Read the message for card 4 as an additional resource.

3. “Energy of the kind.” This technique will allow you to better understand your relationship with your family, see the strengths of your family, and also improve your relationship with your children. Draw the first card face down. Looking at the map, answer the question: What is the strength of my family? What positive quality has my family given me? How can I use this resource? Draw the second card face down. Looking at the map, answer the question: What do I need to pass on to my children? How can I do this? Where should I start right now?
