The MAK set includes:
– 100 text cards with positive and negative scenario beliefs and settings, with unfinished phrases and sentences;
– a brief guide to using the set in psychological practice.


Metaphorical associative cards “Family Messages” were created to study the driving forces of the individual, its internal processes, conflicts, hidden (unconscious) tendencies, programs that affect the client’s life, his attitude towards himself and others, on his ability to make decisions and act.
We consciously decided to make a separate text deck so that it could be used in working with all decks from the MACards publishing house.


Using the MAK “Family Messages” set you can:
• work with acute emotional states;
• explore introjective attitudes that determine the client’s behavior;
• expand awareness limiting script beliefs;
• explore habitual patterns of behavior in stressful situations;
• develop the skill of a positive attitude towards oneself;
• look for resources and support in a stressful situation;
• diagnose and correct children’s parental relationships;
• work with grievances;
• explore relationships with yourself/with parents/with
partners/with colleagues/with children/with work/with study/with illness;
• search way out of a dead-end and conflict situation;
• expand awareness of your feelings, desires, needs;
• work with internal and external conflicts, etc.




MAK “Family Messages” will be useful both in individual and group work:
• with traumatic experiences
• with psychosomatic symptoms< br> • with separation difficulties
• with codependent behavior
• with identity crises
• with interpersonal problems, etc.

Text MAC “Family Messages” will help solve the following tasks during the session:
• communicative – the card will help start a conversation with the client about what worries him;
• clarifying – the card will allow you to specify unconscious experiences, give them a tactile form;
• diagnostic – the choice of card is dictated by conscious and unconscious motives that will become available for research;
• dissociative – the card will allow you to materialize an experience that is not conscious and transfer it from the internal world to the external ;
• developmental – the card will help identify and expand the client’s behavioral and cultural stereotypes, etc.
