Exercise “Stairs to the House of Success”


Imagine that there is a house , which represents your success. Imagine what it is like, how it is arranged inside and outside, where it stands, how you will feel in this house. Let’s say there is a staircase leading to this house, consisting of 3 steps. Take out 3 cards face up (picture up) from the MAC deck “Merlin. Messages and Insights”, symbolizing these 3 steps – 3 steps to your success.
Study each card carefully. Answer the questions:

• Where am I now?
• What qualities of mine will help me along my path?
• How do I/will feel at each stage? ?
• What do I need to take the next step?

This exercise can be used to explore any area of your life. You can “build” a Career House, a Friendship House, a Relationship House, a Resources House, etc.
Exercise “Life situation and a new response to it”

Think about recurring situations in life in which you feel uncomfortable. Think of a person with whom it is difficult for you to interact in a particular situation.

• What thoughts come to mind, what feelings arise?
• What automatic reactions do you notice in such situations?
• What communication style do you use?

From the MAC deck “Merlin. Messages and Insights” take out 3 cards that will help you take a fresh look at the situation and choose for yourself a different, new type of response to it.
