“I’m not alone” technique
Using this technique, you can get an answer to a request (problem) that is relevant to you. And also understand what resource and value your family can “transfer” to you, and outline for yourself the actions that are important to take to resolve this request.
Steps:
– Formulate your request (a question or problem that is relevant to you) . If you wish, you can write down the request and all subsequent thoughts in a notebook.
– Select the card that most resonates with you when thinking about your request.nbsp;
– What do you see on the card? What feelings do you get when you look at this image? What sensations arise in your body? How does what is shown on the map relate to your request?
– Select a card that will symbolize the resources of your family that will help you solve this request.
– What do you see on the map? What value (resource) does your family convey to you? Do you already have this resource in your life?nbsp;
– Read the text message and answer the question: “What will help you accept the resource of my kind and apply it in life?”
– Choose a card that will reflect the actions which are important to complete to resolve this request.
– What do you see on the map? What action is happening on the map? Who’s doing what? Where are you on this map? What do you feel? What do you want to do?
-Read the text message and answer the question: “What actions are important to take to resolve the request?”
– Draw a conclusion for yourself about working with all three cards.
