The collection of methodological materials contains basic concepts, diagrams, techniques and algorithms for the use of metaphorical associative cards in psychological correction and development :

• personal, spiritual and value-semantic resources,
• meaningfulness of life,
• ability to manage life processes,
• constructive ways of self-realization,< /li>
• effective manifestations of the motivational-semantic sphere of personality.

The collection consists of a folder and 16 double-sided cards (A5 format, thick paper, matte lamination).nbsp;Each technique is placed on a separate card.
Cards with techniques contain:

• information about the purpose of the work and recommended sets of metaphorical cards,
• detailed algorithm for using the technique,
• diagram and sequence of card layout.< /li>

Some techniques additionally indicate at what stage of work it is more appropriate to use it, some explain the psychological mechanisms of the formation of constructive behavior strategies.
In total, the collection includes 15 effective proprietary techniques.
On a separate card Brief information about resource states, components of meaningful life, charisma, methods for forming resource states, as well as recommendations for the selection and use of metaphorical associative cards are presented.
Working with each technique requires 35-45 minutes, i.e. one session involves the use of one card.
