A self-discovery journal that works with metaphorical cards
Four Green Leaves is a transformational diary that combines journaling, art therapy and metaphorical associative cards (MAC). Each leaf of the clover is linked to one element. You explore your traits, emotions and desires through short theory, exercises, poems and cards you colour yourself.
Who it is for

- Creative people. Colouring the cards turns reflection into calm, hands-on work.

FAQ
Do I need to be good at drawing?
No. Colouring here is a way to slow down and notice your feelings, not an art exam.
Can a psychologist use it with clients?
Yes. The diary works as homework between sessions, and the cards work in the session itself.
Which language should I choose?
Choose the edition in the language you think and write in.
