The transformational game “Know Yourself” helps you accept your identity, take your place and find your way!
This is a universal game that really helps you get to know yourself! The game is built on the basis of the Human Design system.
Human Design is a system of self-knowledge, according to which, by the place and time of a person’s birth, one can determine his character and purpose in life. It describes the properties of a person and, taking this data into account, offers a person ways to make his life more harmonious.
The game is unique in that it can be carried out both by an analyst of the Human Design system and by a person unfamiliar with the system.
During the game the participant walks through energy centers and receives answers to his questions.
The tasks of each center reveal the theme of this center.
The game begins with the root center, this is the lowest center of the field. The root center is responsible for movement, drive, and adrenaline energy.
The next center on the path is the Emotional. Here are our feelings and emotions.
Then – the Sacral Center. This is the energy of life, pleasure, sexuality.
Then we move to the center of the Spleen, this is the center of health, instincts, intuition.
The G Center is the center of self-determination, a person’s internal compass, the center of love.
Once in the center of the Ego, the participant pays attention to his self-worth and willpower.
Next, the Throat Center is self-expression, voice and manifestation in the world.< br> In the center of Ajna is our thinking, mind and everything that our head dictates.
Reaching the last, uppermost center – the Parietal – the player ends the game and receives the Inspiration card. Because the Parietal Center is the center of Inspiration.
You can enter the game either with or without any request – to get to know yourself.
The truth of the request is checked using a die. The game begins from the lower, root center, and ends when the participant comes to the uppermost center, the parietal.
