The collection of teaching materials contains basic concepts, diagrams, techniques and algorithms for the use of metaphorical associative cards in psychotherapy for personal anxiety, obsessive fears, panic attacks and others manifestations of anxiety-phobic disorders.
This collection is a folder and 16 cards (A5 format), printed on thick paper with matte lamination. Each technique is placed on a separate double-sided card.
It contains:
- the purpose of the work,
- recommendations for the use of certain MAC sets,
- a step-by-step algorithm for using the technique or an algorithm,
- a detailed diagram, order and sequence of laying out cards.
For some techniques, it is additionally indicated in which case and at what stage of work it is best to use it; some explain the psychological mechanisms of the formation of new behavior; and for the “Labyrinth of Fear” technique, a schematic drawing of the labyrinth is proposed and it is justified when it is more effective to use it, and when the client’s own drawing.
In total, the collection includes 15 effective proprietary techniques.
A number of theoretical concepts and definitions are given on a separate card, giving a general idea of obsessive fears, phobias and panic attacks; the parameters of adequacy – inadequacy of fears are given; Recommendations are given for the selection and use of metaphorical associative cards.
The approximate time of working with each technique is about 35-45 minutes, i.e. one session will require the use of only one card.
Convenient font size and diagrams allow you to use the cards without much effort and stress.
